Life is hard! There are so many things to balance and never enough hours in the day. It is important to make time for yourself in the chaos. If we show up for ourselves we are better able to be there for the rest of our life. I love helping people live to their potential by exploring their stressors and mental health issues. I want you to feel empowered to be the best version of yourself at home, at work, and in your relationships. I want to help you develop strategies that help you meet your personal goals.

I have been a practicing social worker for over 20 years.  After a career filled with different settings and experiences I am thrilled to be starting BTMH as a way to provide quality therapy, a supportive work environment, and space for growth.  I am licensed in Illinois and Missouri to practice social work.  

As a clinician, I promise to meet you where you are so that we can work as a team to navigate whatever difficulties you’re facing. I want our sessions to be a space where you feel safe, comfortable, and understood. It is important to me that we build a genuine, supportive relationship that helps you grow while providing you with tangible skills to ensure that you thrive.  I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, and ADHD.  I am trained in EMDR for trauma and The Gottman method for couples.  I see children, teens, and adults.

I love helping clients explore their lives and find ways to grow.  I use evidence based approaches to help clients achieve their goals.  I specialize in trauma and women's issues. I provide telehealth in order to allow you with access to quality care where you are most comfortable.  I am able to provide therapy to clients in Missouri and Illinois.
